I'd add one more thing - QUALITY. I recently explored using a "green printer" that is geographically closer to me than Greener Printer, and the job turned into a disaster. While I can't assess the "greenness" of their process, I can say that the result was something that I was embarrassed to send to my clients -- sloppy work, and they were unwilling to fix it when I complained. No amount of "greenness" makes up for a deliverable that looks crappy. I learned my lesson -- I'm back to using Greener Printer.
