GreenerPrinter offers envelopes manufactured from New Leaf recycled papers in both standard and custom sizes. Below is a list of standard sizes we stock:

• #9 - 3 7/8" x 8 7/8"
• #10 - 4 1/8" x 9 1/2"
• #A-2 - 4 3/8" x 5 3/4"
• #A-6 - 4 3/4" x 6 1/2"
• #A-7 - 5 1/4" x 7 1/4"

We also offer printing on both standard and "converted" envelopes ("converting" being the process of making an envelope from a flat piece of paper). Standard envelopes can be printed one or two-color, using any combination of black and/or PMS™ (Pantone Matching System) inks. These can be ordered on the STATIONERY page. If you need envelopes printed 4-color process (cmyk), we can do that as well, but they will need to be printed before they are converted (regardless of size), resulting in higher prices and an extra 2 days of turnaround time. Currently on the site you can add envelopes to orders for greeting cards or postcards. If you would like to add envelopes to another type of product, please type "Also Requires Envelopes" in the "Additional Notes or Instructions" field on the Checkout page. A GreenerPrinter Customer Service Representative will contact you with the final price of your project, including envelopes. If you would like printing on the envelopes, be sure to enter the number (and names) of inks required as well.

If you wish to order only blank envelopes, you'll need to visit the "Request a Quote" section on our page. Enter the size of the envelope and the quantity you require in the "additional order details" section, leaving the other fields blank. Standard size envelopes (listed above) are less expensive and offer shorter turnaround times than converted envelopes. If you would like printing on the envelopes, be sure to enter the number (and names) of inks required. A GreenerPrinter estimator will contact you with a price.

If the envelopes that you are ordering need to be stuffed with the contents of another order you've placed on GreenerPrinter, please specify the order number in the "additional order details" section. Also please include any mailing information (quantity to be mailed, First Class or Standard, etc). A GreenerPrinter Customer Service Representative will contact you with the final price of your project, including stuffing and mailing.
