Summer Newsletter
July 29, 2009
We hope that the summer finds you happy and well! In this issue, we'll introduce
you to some new products for your business as well as a way to make money while
promoting sustainability through the new Greenerprinter Affiliate Network. We also feature a series of profiles of leading
companies that are integrating green printing to help meet their larger sustainability
goals.
New Products to Showcase Your Green Values
Would you like a more organic and sturdy look for your print materials? Due to popular
demand, we are now offering "Kraft" board - perfect for when you want a natural,
durable paper for your materials. It's considerably darker than our other papers,
so we only recommend it for designs that contain dark colors and bold elements (definitely
not for images or light/pastel colors!). And, of course, it's eco-friendly just
like all of our other papers - 100% recycled, with 50% post-consumer waste.
Kraft board is available for the following products:

More than 10 Million of Acres of Forest are now FSC!
Good news! In June, the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) passed the 100 million
acres mark, which means that even more forests in the U.S. and Canada are now managed to FSC
standards. One of the features that makes FSC certification so important is that
it enforces stringent environmental and social protection. The FSC is guided by 10
principles, among which are environmental impact, indigenous people's rights, and community relations and
worker's rights. By using a certified printer, you are helping to promote responsible forest management!
Thanks for printing responsibly - and have a great summer!
