We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with your order, please call our Customer Service Team at 800-655-5833 within 15 days of the delivery date. Orders with print errors will receive either a full or partial reprint. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the order(s), excluding processing costs, postage and shipping.
We take every measure to troubleshoot orders, however there are some circumstances that are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.
