NOTE: In order to place a custom quote, you must first either create an account or log in using your existing account. Creating an account is easy and requires no personal or financial information, just a name, email address and phone number in case we have questions.
The file name of your logo must include ONLY alpha-numeric characters, no symbols. In order for your logo to correctly reverse out of the colorized background box, it should be either an EPS or PDF file, with all elements set to white. The following file formats are preferred:
EPS - Files saved as EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) from a graphics program (Adobe Illustrator, FreeHand, CorelDraw, etc). Note to Mac users: Select "TIFF" for preview format.
PDF (Portable Document Format) - When using PDFs, make sure the page size is only slightly larger than the logo itself. This will minimize white space around the edges. You will also need to make sure your PDF is created with fonts embedded. And, if your logo includes pixel (image) data, make sure it is high resolution and that the PDF is saved as a "Press Ready" file.
The following formats are acceptable, but please note that they will appear as rectangles... white backgrounds will NOT be transparent (please use EPS graphics or PDF for transparent backgrounds).
TIFF, JPEG, JPG - These image formats are acceptable, but please adhere to the following:
Resolution: At least 300 dpi at the size used
Colorspace: CMYK, though RGB is acceptable (will be converted to CMYK automatically)
Embedded Profiles: Allowed, though not recommended
Compression: TIFFs with LZW compression are acceptable
GIF, BMP, PNG - These web and screen-capture formats are acceptable but are generally too low-resolution to print well (transparency will also be lost). If you use one of these formats, please check your PDF preview carefully!
The following file formats are NOT ACCEPTABLE:
Microsoft Office Files - Office files should be exported (saved) as PDFs (see above)
Native Graphics Program Files - Save graphics files as EPS (see above)
Page Layout Program Files - Quark or InDesign pages should be exported (saved) as a PDF or EPS (see above)
TGA (Targa), SCT (Scitex CT), PBM (Portable Bitmap), PCT (Pict), RSR (Pict Resource), PCX - These proprietary image formats will not process correctly within our system

Size: For horizontal cards, optimum size and resolution is 3.75 x 2.25" at 350 dpi. If your file does not match these parameters, our software will scale the width up or down to fit the proportion of the business card template.
This means that if your photo is too "tall", a portion of the bottom may be trimmed off. If your photo is too "wide", there may be white space at the bottom.
The area outside the red dotted line is the "bleed" area, which is necessary due to tolerances in the trimming process. This area will be trimmed off of your final card.
Please check your PDF proof carefully for correct resolution and size! Once your order is placed, these cannot be adjusted!

Quantity:
Business cards are available in increments of 500 up to 2,000, and increments of 1,000 up to 10,000. If you need a quantity that isn't listed, please submit a custom quote.
Total Quantity:
The total number of business cards you are ordering. This field is uneditable because it is calculated for you based on the number of cards selected for each person.
Number of Names:
Click on the number below that represents the number of people for whom you are ordering business cards. Enter the name and quantity of cards for each person.
Folding:
Select a folding style from the list. A thumbnail of the fold will appear when it's selected, and the final size will update to reflect the fold. You can download a template from our product templates page to check for the proper locations of fold marks.
Scoring:
"Scoring" is the process of making an indentation (using a "scoring wheel") in a straight line across a printed piece. A score allows the paper to be easily folded, and is useful for "flat" pieces that need to be folded at a later time (for instance, for mailing). If you choose scoring, please indicate in your artwork where the scoring should occur. You may do this in the margin using a solid line, or you may upload an additional document or layer that indicates the scoring position.
Perforating:
"Perforating" is the process of punching a series of tiny holes in a printed piece so that a portion of it may be easily torn off at a later time (for instance, coupons or reply cards). If you choose perforating, please indicate in your artwork where the perforation should occur. You may do this in the margin using a dotted line, or you may upload an additional document or layer that indicates the perforation position.
Drilling:
Choose whether your order requires drilling. If you choose yes, please indicate in your artwork where the drilling should occur. Enter small solid black circles on the art, where the drilling should occur.
Flat Size:
Final trimmed size of brochure before folding. Available sizes range from 8 x 10 inches through 12 x 18 inches.
For sizes outside this range, visit the "Custom Sizes" page.
Quantity to be Mailed:
Enter the number of pieces you wish to be mailed. Price will be calculated based on the size and weight of your piece, and the service selected. Remaining quantity will automatically be entered in the "Quantity to be Shipped" section.
This field will automatically be populated by the quantity of the list you created above. To change this quantity, you'll need to go through the list purchasing process again, but all of the criteria from your existing list will remain in place.
Lists are valid for only one mailing and can be purchased only for use with GreenerPrinter orders. Final list purchase will be conducted at checkout. If you choose to cancel your order after checkout, you will still be held liable for the cost of the list.
If you're not yet sure about the size of your list (or if you need us to clean it), just enter an estimated quantity and we will contact you with an updated price once list processing is complete.
Your mailing list should contain only the information necessary for mailing:
We recommend sending tab-delimited text files (.txt), but we can also accept Excel files (.xls), or comma-delimited text files (.csv). If you are sending a csv file, please remove commas from within any addresses, as this will "shift" everything in the database.
You will be asked to upload your list along with your artwork during the next step in the checkout process.
What if my list isn't ready yet?
Go ahead an enter an estimated quantity in the 'Quantity to be Mailed' box, and finish the checkout process without uploading your mailing list. Once the list is ready, log on to your account, click "Account Details" and then select the job. Next, click the button that reads "Upload Additional Files." This will take you to a page where you can upload your final mailing list.
This cost is determined by the size and intended usage of the list you create when using our "List Wizard" tool above. To edit a list you already created, you'll need to go through the list purchasing process again, but all of the criteria from your existing list will remain in place.
Quantity to be Shipped:
This number will determine the shipping costs based on the shipping method you select. If you are mailing all of your pieces, you may skip the "Estimate shipping cost" section below.
Use this section to estimate shipping costs for a single Zip Code. You will be able to select multiple shipping destinations at checkout.
If you've selected mailing for your entire job, you will not be charged for shipping. If you've selected mailing for only a portion of your job, shipping will be calculated based on the quantity that is not being mailed.

Bulk Mail — First Class - Bulk rate, but with a quicker delivery time than "Standard" Bulk mail.

Pages refers to the total number of pages in your multi-page document including the cover. By default, our site will assign a cover-weight paper stock for the cover pages, and a text-weight stock for the inside pages. To create what is traditionally referred to as a "self cover" document, select the same paper and color options for both the cover and inside pages.
"Half-fold" is the standard fold for greeting cards, and the only option available here. If you require a different type of fold, please contact a customer service representative, or place a "Custom" order.
Refers to the type of binding on your mulit-page document.
Saddle-Stitched - The Saddle Stitching method uses two vertical staples along the binding.
Wire-O - A Wire-O binding holds the covers and pages of a document firmly in place by means of a double-loop wire inserted through holes drilled in the left-hand edges of the pages. All of the pages lay flat when opened, can easily turn 360 degrees, and stay in perfect registration with adjoining pages. Wire-O bindings come in nine standard colors. The default color is black; if you would like another color, please specify in the "notes" field at checkout. A customer service representative will contact you for more information. Loop diameters range from 3/16" to 1-1/4" depending on the number of pages. They can handle documents from 1/8" to 1" thick. Often, they are used to bind reference books, reports, proposals, and calendars. They are durable, but do not permit printing on the document spine, nor do they allow the insertion of additional pages.
