List Processing

List processing involves cleaning up address lists you provide to us. We accept lists in the form of .csv or .xls. You can download our mailing list template or ensure that your list contains the following fields:

- First name

- Last name

- Street address (“address 1”)

- Apartment or suite number (“address 2”)

- City

- State

- Zip (5-digit or 5-plus-4)


Once we recieve your list and you’ve chosen one of our presorted mailing options, we can begin processing your list. This services includes:

- CASS certification (Coding Accuracy Support System)

- Deletion of duplicates

- NCOA (National Change of Address)

The processed list can be sent back to you upon request.
