How we handle the "Buy with Assurance" guarantee:

We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with your order, please call our Customer Service Team at 800-655-5833 within 15 days of the delivery date. Orders with print errors will receive either a full or partial reprint. In some cases, we may refund the price of the order(s), excluding processing costs, postage and shipping.

What we can't control:

We take every measure to troubleshoot orders, however there are some circumstances that are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Low resolution or poor quality of uploaded images.
  • Design errors made by the customer in the print creation process.
  • Damage to the materials after delivery to the client.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product choice, order quantities or choice of materials.

Orders shipped via UPS or Fedex using Greenerprinter's account are insured up to $100 for loss, theft or damage. We do not insure U.S. mail. If you use your account, you will have to work with the carrier directly. 

If you chose additional insurance at checkout, up to 100% of your product purchase can be covered by the carrier. We will initiate a claim and the investigation process can​take 7-10 days to complete. Greenerprinter will credit your account no later than 15 business days after receiving the results.
