Does the artwork at the edge of your page extend("bleed") at least 1/8" beyond the trim?
WHAT IS BLEED?
Do file dimension (width, height) match the size you selected in the order form?
If you are sending application files (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), are all links and fonts included?
Are your images high-resolution (300 dpi)?

Our polypropylene is magic PPM7. This material has excellent color gamut and black density, low glare matte finish; is tear, scratch, fade and water resistant. It has a caliper of 9pt.
We use Ultraflex UltraCanvas® Heavy S285 for our textile media. It is 14pt.
