A great way to get your project started. Each template is set up at the correct size, with proper bleeds, in a format that processes without technical glitches. Experienced designers can use them to check final files against.

Built to the right size
Each template opens at the exact trim size with crop and bleed marks already placed. If your size is not listed, start from the closest template and resize it.

Open in your tool
Most are Illustrator AI files you can build in or place into InDesign. Booklets and calendars ship as InDesign IDML.

Check, then export
Use the template as a guideline layer, delete it when your art is final, and export a press-ready PDF.

A quick pre-flight check.

Run through this list before sending files. It is the fastest way to clear our automated preflight and keep your job on schedule.

  1. 1 Does artwork at the edge of the page bleed at least 1/8 inch past the trim?
  2. 2 Do the file dimensions match the size you selected in the order form?
  3. 3 If sending application files (InDesign, Illustrator), are all links and fonts included?
  4. 4 Are your images high resolution, at least 300 dpi?
  5. 5 Have you double-checked spelling and grammar? Changes cost time and money.
