| Can I order Industries samples? |
Of course!
We offer a free paper sample pack where you can request a generic booklet sample.
If you are looking for a Physical/Hard Proof of your artwork:
1) Select ‘Hard Proof’ as your proofing option on our product order page.
2) After the order is placed, we will produce a physical sample, ship it to you, and wait for your approval before starting production.
3) If you don’t approve your proof and would like to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund minus the cost of producing the sample.

| Does Greenerprinter ship to Canada? |
Yes, we can ship internationally! This will increase shipping costs, so the most economical way to go about this would be to create an account with UPS or FedEx which will unlock savings.

Our production time usually takes 2-7 days, depending on the turnaround speed you select.

Absolutely!
We offer up to two free digital soft proofs once an order has been placed. Physical hard proofs or additional soft proofs can be ordered for an added fee.

| What file formats do you accept for designs? |
The preferred file format for Greenerprinter orders is PDF. By sending us a PDF, you are helping to ensure that your job proceeds quickly, smoothly, and with no unexpected “surprises.”
We also accept Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign files, but these may incur additional charges and increase the turnaround time.

Yes! Our house paper stocks include silk, glossy, and uncoated options. We even have a kraft board option for a more natural look. All of our papers are recycled, eco-friendly, and FSC certified.

We can produce a wide range of different folds for our products. Our most common folds are trifolds, half folds, and Z-folds. If your desired fold is not listed on a specific product page, please let us know! We will work with you to find a solution.

Yes! We can use variable data to print addresses, names, and any other information you need on each mailer.
| Can you mail my products to my clients for me? |
Absolutely! We can print and mail your product directly from our facilities, so you never have to worry about making it to a post office.

| What are flashcards? |
Flashcards are a study tool that consists of a card with correlating information on both sides of the card. They are used to assist with memorization. Often a question or term is written on one side, and the answer or translation is written on the back side.
| Are these flashcards waterproof? |
By default, our flashcards are made with durable, recycled paper. Unfortunately, these stocks are not waterproof. However, if you want to increase the water resistance of your product, we do offer lamination.
| Do these flashcards have rounded corners? |
You can choose whether or not you want your flashcards to have rounded corners. We can produce both styles.
| What can flashcards be used for? |
Flash cards have hundreds of uses! Most commonly they are used for studying and learning. They are great for young learners reviewing the alphabet and sight words. More experienced learners can use them for foreign language practice, scientific vocabulary, or Q&A practice. You can even create matching games and trivia games with custom flashcards.
