File Setup Tips
Format:
For flat cards: Upload one high-resolution PDF (300 DPI) with front and optional back layout.
For folded cards: Upload one PDF with two pages, one page with the outside (front and back panels) and another for the inside panels.
For die-cut cards: The dieline should be supplied in the same file as the artwork not a separate file. The dieline should be in 100% magenta colo & it MUST be in Vector format (Illustrator, InDesign), not Raster Format (png, jpeg, Photoshop).
Bleed: Include 0.125" (⅛") bleed on all sides.
Safety Margins: Keep text and key design elements at least 0.125" from the trim edge.
Color: Use CMYK color mode — not RGB. CMYK ensures consistent, accurate color output for printed materials. RGB is for screens and can produce bright colors that don’t translate well to print. CMYK ensures consistent, accurate color output.
Fonts: Embed or outline all fonts in your PDF before uploading.
