| Can I order Custom Cards samples? |
Of course!
We offer a free paper sample pack where you can request a generic booklet sample.
If you are looking for a Physical/Hard Proof of your artwork:
1) Select ‘Hard Proof’ as your proofing option on our product order page.
2) After the order is placed, we will produce a physical sample, ship it to you, and wait for your approval before starting production.
3) If you don’t approve your proof and would like to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund minus the cost of producing the sample.

| Does Greenerprinter ship to Canada? |
Yes, we can ship internationally! This will increase shipping costs, so the most economical way to go about this would be to create an account with UPS or FedEx which will unlock savings.

Our production time usually takes 2-7 days, depending on the turnaround speed you select.

| What file formats do you accept for designs? |
The preferred file format for Greenerprinter orders is PDF. By sending us a PDF, you are helping to ensure that your job proceeds quickly, smoothly, and with no unexpected “surprises.”
We also accept Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign files, but these may incur additional charges and increase the turnaround time.

Yes! Our house paper stocks include silk, glossy, and uncoated options. We even have a kraft board option for a more natural look. All of our papers are recycled, eco-friendly, and FSC certified.

| Can greeting cards be recycled? |
In general, greeting cards and envelopes made of paper are typically recyclable in home recycling bins. Most greeting cards made by Greenerprint will be recyclable. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about your specific order if making sure your cards are recyclable is a priority.
Additional decorative elements added to cards may not be recyclable. Elements like glitter, batteries, foil, charms, and ribbons will need to be removed and thrown in the trash before recycling the leftover paper.

| How do I make greeting cards to sell? |
Selling greeting cards can be profitable for both large and small businesses. Follow these steps to create beautiful greeting cards to sell:
- Choose an image or illustration for the greeting card cover.
- Choose what the interior of the card should say. Make sure to leave space for handwritten notes!
- Decide if you want anything on the back cover of the card.
- Put all of your images and text together. Designs can be made in Adobe products like Illustrator or InDesign, Google Docs, Word, and other design and word processing software.
- Upload your design and place your custom order with Greenerprinter.
- Market and sell your new greeting cards to your audience!
| What should I put on the back of a greeting card? |
The backs of greeting cards typically include information about who designed the card and the logo of the company selling it. You can also choose to leave the card backs blank.
| Do recycled greeting cards look or feel different from regular cards? |
While some recycled cards may have a slightly different texture or color due to the recycled content, recycled cards look and feel just as great as non-recycled ones.
| Are there any specific markings to identify recycled greeting cards? |
Most recycled greeting cards will have a symbol or label indicating that they are made from recycled materials. Such as “100% recycled” or an FSC symbol.

Yes. Our envelopes are also PCW recycled. However, they usually have less recycled content than the cards.
