Of course!
We offer a free paper sample pack where you can request a generic booklet sample.
If you are looking for a Physical/Hard Proof of your artwork:
1) Select ‘Hard Proof’ as your proofing option on our product order page.
2) After the order is placed, we will produce a physical sample, ship it to you, and wait for your approval before starting production.
3) If you don’t approve your proof and would like to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund minus the cost of producing the sample.

Yes, we can ship internationally! This will increase shipping costs, so the most economical way to go about this would be to create an account with UPS or FedEx which will unlock savings.

Our production time usually takes 2-7 days, depending on the turnaround speed you select.

| What file formats do you accept for designs? |
The preferred file format for Greenerprinter orders is PDF. By sending us a PDF, you are helping to ensure that your job proceeds quickly, smoothly, and with no unexpected “surprises.”
We also accept Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign files, but these may incur additional charges and increase the turnaround time.

Yes! Our house paper stocks include silk, glossy, and uncoated options. We even have a kraft board option for a more natural look. All of our papers are recycled, eco-friendly, and FSC certified.

We can produce a wide range of different folds for our products. Our most common folds are trifolds, half folds, and Z-folds. If your desired fold is not listed on a specific product page, please let us know! We will work with you to find a solution.

Yes! We can use variable data to print addresses, names, and any other information you need on each mailer.

Absolutely! We can print and mail your product directly from our facilities, so you never have to worry about making it to a post office.

| What are pin backing cards? |
Backing cards are a type of packaging for pins of all types. They allow for pins to be placed in holes in the card. The holes are large enough for a pin to slip through, but not fall off, once the pin back is attached.
| How do you package enamel pins? |
Our backing cards are the perfect way to package your enamel pins. These cards can hold one or more pins. The stem of the pin passes through the backing card and the pin back secures the pin to the card. This allows the pins to be elegantly displayed.
| Is the paper sturdy enough to hold up to a retail environment? |
Yes! Our recycled papers are thick enough to hold pins of all sizes throughout shipping and a retail environment.
| How many holes can I add to a single backing card? |
We currently allow for 1, 2, 4, or 6 holes to be drilled in each card. If you’d like a different number, please submit a custom quote!
