“I really love your products and have printed with you guys for a few years now. There were production delays that came up that weren't relayed to me well at all and we nearly missed our deadline because of it. Whenever I didn't know what was happening or would expect to hear from you guys on what the next step was or what was going on, I wouldn't hear anything. So I would constantly have to be the one to reach out for updates, and that is how I discovered the various delays. I feel like if I wasn't constantly checking in 1-2 times daily, we would've missed our deadline. With my previous orders with you guys in the past that wasn't an issue, but it was this time. I'm not sure what changed. I would like to continue to use you Greenerprinter for future and even recommend you to others, but with how the production process and communication went with this last order, I would hesitate. Thank you, Aaron”
