“The product and speed were great. The only area that needs improvement is the ability to reach someone and for them to follow up. I tried calling and only received voicemail multiple times. I never received a follow up to questions I had. I received the product and it was good quality, just wanted better comms. I would order again, but only if I know there is a longer time span on the product needed as it was a bit nerve racking to not be able to contact anyone to ensure the product was processing.”
