My environmental nonprofit has sometimes had some trouble receiving our orders from GreenerPrinter in a swift time-frame, but the integrity of the business is deeply important to us as a group committed to sustainability. Moreover, the most recent of my orders from this organization came in very quickly, so I am thankful for their efforts to pull together so many printing orders, and to it relatively swiftly.”

“I'm thrilled that there is a printer out there thinking about the environment. This is my primary reason for using Greenerprinter. Plus they do high quality work, though in this last order, some of the cards weren't folded perfectly; the crease was slightly off center. And my only other complaint is that the shipping aspect is slightly confusing and misleading. While checking out, there are two separate options, so the first one gives you one idea of when your item will arrive and then the next step, a totally different estimate, both of which are always off by at least a few days, sometimes more. For the last order, the date it said it would arrive was when it actually shipped. And no one communicates that the estimated delivery date has changed. I always have to reach out. Though they do respond quickly, and of course, they win out on the environmental end. There is just little competition in this regard, sadly!”
